OPES certification required; Master's degree or higher; Reports to the Superintendent and/or designee. The successful candidate must be able to: • Direct the district's personnel operations. • Understand all aspects of Negotiated Agreements (certified and classified) and Collective Bargaining • Have current knowledge on School Law • Maintain confidentiality regarding personnel items • Work cooperatively with all bargaining groups • Understand and assist licensed staff through the use of the OTES, OSCES and OPES models of evaluation and eTPES documentation. • Perform the duties and responsibilities of the District Title IX Coordinator • Recognize the need to build a staff that is representative of the ethnic culture of the district.
