• About the Role As a Family Medicine Physician, you'll provide comprehensive care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in both clinic and hospital settings. You'll diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive health, oversee inpatient care, and work collaboratively with specialists and care teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

This role is ideal for a physician who values continuity of care, enjoys practicing full-spectrum Family Medicine, and is passionate about serving the community.

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan

Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions

Order, interpret, and review laboratory studies, imaging, and other diagnostic testing

Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and hospital providers

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a collaborative team culture

What We're Looking For We're looking for a physician who is:

Passionate about comprehensive Family Medicine

Committed to improving the health of the community

Focused on delivering evidence-based, high-quality care

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start

Eligible for hospital privileges

Experience in outpatient Family Medicine

Experience providing inpatient care or an interest in maintaining hospital-based practice

Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills

Enjoy building long-term relationships with patients and families
