Anesthesiology, Anesthesiologist and Cardiac Anesthesiologist

The Nashville VA Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our growing Anesthesia Service in beautiful Nashville, Tennessee. Primary focus on cardiac anesthesia , including CABG, valve surgery, TAVR, and other complex cardiac procedures in an academic, team-based environment.
Collaborative practice with surgeons, cardiologists, intensivists, and CRNAs to provide high-quality, evidence-based perioperative care.
Participation in preoperative assessment, intraoperative management, postoperative care, and critical care as needed.
Commensurate with qualifications and experience (aligned with VA anesthesiologist compensation in Nashville).
Eligibility for annual performance bonus and regular salary increases , consistent with VA physician pay practices.
Up to 50-55 days of paid time off per year (annual leave, sick leave, paid federal holidays, and potential paid CME time).

Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology ; additional fellowship training or substantial experience in cardiac anesthesia strongly preferred.
