Tech Recruitment Resourcer

Senior Recruitment Consultant | Talent | New York, NY (On-site) Are you a driven, entrepreneurial recruiter ready to own a market and make your mark in one of the fastest-growing tech sectors? Talent is expanding its US presence and we're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow our Microsoft ERP & Cloud practice in New York.
This is a true 360° recruitment role — you'll build your own book of business across contract/freelance and permanent placements, develop lasting client relationships, and play a key role in shaping Talent's brand across the US market.
Building and scaling a Microsoft/Cloud recruitment desk from a position of strength, backed by a globally successful business
Collaborating with a high-performing team of Sales Professionals and Recruitment Consultants
3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within tech or ERP markets, but all recruitment backgrounds are welcome!
- A proven billing track record in contract and/or permanent recruitment
- Strong existing client relationships and a well-developed professional network
- Bachelor's degree with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally
Highly competitive base (from $70,000 to $95,000 depending on experience) + uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses
