What You'll Do Administer FMLA, leave of absence, accommodations, and related HR compliance processes

Support employees with benefits enrollment, open enrollment, life event changes, and wellness initiatives

Coordinate onboarding and facilitate new hire and driver orientation programs

Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination

Maintain personnel records, employment documentation, and compliance reporting

Support employee engagement, retention efforts, and HR programs that promote a positive workplace culture

What You'll Bring Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

1-2 years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist or similar HR role

Knowledge of benefits administration, recruiting, FMLA/LOA, and employment compliance

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
