Hotel Restaurant Full Time Bartender

Upstairs
We are hiring Bartenders for our rooftop bar and lounge. What you'll do
Execute the cocktail program with speed, consistency, and precision
Serve guests seated at the bar with the same attentiveness as a dining section
Work high-volume evening and late-night service, including Golden Hour and weekend brunch
Maintain accurate pours, proper glassware, and presentation standards on every drink
Manage bar setup, prep, garnish production, and closing procedures
Handle par levels, restocking, and communicating shortages to management
Enter orders accurately in Toast and process payments
Support private events and buyouts alongside the events team
Verify ID and serve responsibly in compliance with New York State ABC law
What we're looking for
- 2+ years bartending in a full-service restaurant, bar, or hotel
- Strong classic cocktail knowledge and comfort executing a spec-driven menu
- High-volume experience; rooftop, hotel, or event-driven venues a plus
- Toast POS familiarity preferred
- Evening, weekend, and late-night availability required
- NYC Food Protection Certificate and alcohol service training a plus
Compensation
Hourly base plus tips
Schedule determined based on venue needs, part-time to full-time depending on volume
