This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the pickup of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Key duties include preparing and organizing will-call orders, verifying order details against invoices, assisting customers with locating and loading materials, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The role also involves communicating with sales staff and customers to resolve discrepancies or address special requests.

Primarily to perform customer service tasks filling orders of "walk-in" customers.

Engage and build professional relationships, providing excellent customer service.

Proactively assist customers with loading and unloading of materials purchased.

Ensure products and materials are well stocked of inventory at all times.
