Come in with an eager and motivated attitude, ready to help inform and ease customer concerns
Meet with customers and interact with them to produce an enjoyable experience
Inspect and diagnose pest related issues and relaying the findings to the customer an easing and comforting manner
Listen to the customers’ needs and concerns, while adapting accordingly
Treat the areas of the house with proper IPM techniques in areas of the house such as interiors, exteriors, porches, and pool screens. All services to be completed with accuracy and quality
Prepare proper service notifications for the customer to easily read and relay the concerns back to the office in detailed notes, all done via inhouse software on company provided cell phone
Handle a pre-arranged schedule made by the office and jobs to be completed in a timely manner, while still producing excellent customer service
Attend company meetings and training sessions. Handling company equipment with respect and preserving proper cleanliness and maintenance
