Salesperson for Retail Sales

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor by building strong client relationships, delivering personalized product recommendations, and supporting omnichannel experiences. Use in-depth product and warranty knowledge to drive sales and meet daily and monthly targets. Assist customers with minor adjustments and ensure a polished, organized store environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, assess needs, and recommend frames and lens options.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.

Provide omnichannel support to ensure seamless in-store and online customer experiences.

Perform minor adjustments and repairs and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Keep sales floor and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and customer-ready.

Follow brand policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build client relationships.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and proven ability to meet sales targets.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds; POS experience and luxury sales background preferred.
