As a Field Insurance Agent, you will acquire the necessary knowledge to achieve licensing in Personal Lines, with all training and costs covered by AAA Northeast. Once licensed, you will sell personal lines insurance products to members who contact us over the phone, online, and in retail branches.

Hybrid Monday-Friday 8:45 am - 5:15 pm with alternating Saturdays.

Training Schedule: Fully remote Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.

What You’ll Do Sell insurance products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Interact with members in person at the branch, over the phone and online.

confirm insurer underwriting criteria, coverage, and premium data.

Participate in sales programs and maintain prospect files in the CRM system.

Work with Quality Assurance and Underwriting departments to minimize error and omission exposures.

Provide AAA Five Diamond service to all current and prospective AAA Insurance clients.

Build professional relationships with clients, insurance company representatives, dealerships, real estate agents, etc.

Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED required; Experience 2+ years Sales or customer service experience.

Insurance sales experience preferred.

Licenses and Certifications Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days (training and exam fees covered by AAA Northeast).

This position is eligible for a $2500 sign-on bonus! Sign-on bonus terms: This bonus will be issued in two installments, the first after successful completion of 3 months of employment and the second after successful completion of 6 months of employment.
