Perform and oversee day‑to‑day maintenance operations of the assigned property to ensure physical standards and applicable laws are met.

Coordinate maintenance operations of the property.

Direct and supervise daily activities of the maintenance team, including planning and preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, delegating work, monitoring progress and workflow, reviewing work for timeliness and accuracy, and appraising work performance.

Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and applicable local housing provisions.

Knowledge of general property repairs, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry‑walling, exterior structural work, and appliances.

We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Bonus opportunity (position dependent).

The expected compensation range for this position is $34.00-$36.00 per hour, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
