Senior Underwriter (FULL-TIME)

Reviewing your book of business, tracking performance, and analyzing market conditions and competition.Broker Partnership: Building and managing broker relationships, developing goals and strategies, and collaborating to craft tailored solutions for members.Oversee new and renewal underwriting, select risks per company guidelines, and ensure timely follow-up and closing of accounts.What You'll NeedYou have at least 5 years of experience underwriting, preferably in the high net worth space and you are comfortable owning a book of business. Direct, empathetic communication is a staple in every aspect of your day, and you thrive on building connections with people. You know how to gather and analyze all the data you’ll need to make a decision on a risk. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience.
