Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting during night shift hours
Monitor and manage patients requiring intermediate-level care, including those with oncology needs
Administer chemotherapy and related oncology treatments in accordance with facility protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Complete required learning modules and maintain compliance with facility standards prior to and throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
Chemotherapy certification and oncology training and experience required
Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
Valid driver's license required to verify non-Arizona residency
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
