Part-time RN / LPN for Physician Clinic

The Clinic Nurse is responsible for assisting the Health & Wellness Director(s) with day-to-day clinical tasks including but not limited to follow-up with resident's providers; monitoring clinic phone line and returning calls in a timely manner.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of the Clinic Nurse:

Responds to resident emergency call system as indicated.
Makes rounds with physicians and transcribes orders.
In conjunction with Health & Wellness Director, keeps physician and family aware of change in resident's condition.
Maintains the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident.
Assures continuity of services and care.
Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
Assumes a proactive role in resolving resident issues & concerns related to assigned areas of responsibility.
Administer direct care as necessary.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. LPN with a current license in Florida.
At least 2 years' experience long-term care or assisted living/memory care preferred.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.

Salary: From $28.00 per hour
