Texas One Insurance is hiring a Licensed Insurance Agent - General Lines for a full-time, onsite role focused on guiding clients to the right coverage and supporting policy needs with accuracy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include quoting, selling, and servicing insurance policies; processing policy updates; and maintaining compliance with state insurance regulations.

Active General Lines Insurance License

Active Life and Health Insurance License (a plus)

Prior insurance sales or customer service experience

Your day is structured and client‑facing, balancing scheduled follow‑ups with new inquiries. You’ll move between phone, email, and in‑person conversations, documenting each interaction carefully and keeping records current. Because the schedule includes weekdays and weekends, you’ll help ensure consistent coverage for customers while keeping your workflow organized and compliant.
