Civil Engineer

As a Civil Engineer on our team, you'll collaborate with engineers from other fields to plan, design, and modify physical infrastructures and sites at Army installations. This will include maintaining oversight of digging, trenching, fiber infrastructure installation, and other installation support services such as utility connections, grounding, and bonding. You will lead site preparation and restoration to its original condition or better after task completion. You will be responsible for compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations as well as managing risks and constraints during infrastructure modernization.

12+ years of experience performing civil engineering for Federal, DoD, or large-scale infrastructure programs

• 8+ years of experience providing advanced support to site development, utilities design, construction oversight, or complex engineering integration efforts
• Experience operating in multi-site, high-complexity, or mission-critical environments, including coordination across various stakeholders and technical disciplines
• Experience with development of planning and programming documents for construction, renovation, and improvements of real property and facilities
• Ability to use business software such as Microsoft 365 applications
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Experience with data analysis platforms, such as Tableau or Power BI

Experience with computer aided design (CAD) tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D

Knowledge of Army installations, missions, organizations, and Real Property management

PE, PMP, or CFM Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
