Dishwasher - Weekends and Evening Shift

At Party Fowl, every position plays a key role in our success including our Dishwashers. We're looking for hardworking, detail-oriented team members who take pride in keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. As a Dishwasher, you're not just behind the scenes you're the backbone of our kitchen team.

Key responsibilities include:

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, and other cooking equipment according to food safety standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish pit and kitchen areas.

Clean kitchen equipment, appliances, sinks, and prep stations as directed.

Sweep and mop floors, promptly clean up spills and broken items.

Take out trash and clean garbage cans regularly.

Assist with unloading and organizing food and supply deliveries.

Restock clean dishes and cookware in their proper locations.

Support cooks and other team members with prep and cleaning tasks as needed.

Report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or sanitation issues to a manager.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous dishwashing or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

Strong team player who can work quickly, efficiently, and safely.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 25+ pounds.

Willingness to comply with food safety procedures and cleanliness standards.

Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
