Identifying and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues in partnership with physicians or autonomously (as per credentials)

Providing education to patients and families regarding prevention, wellness, and management of health conditions

Prescribing necessary medications and treatments in accordance with your training

Engaging in patient follow-ups and overseeing chronic care initiatives

Working collaboratively across various healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated care

Maintaining meticulous and precise documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialty certification
