WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Assists the Director of Nursing (DON) to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the schedule for all nursing service department employees. Schedule nursing employees in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the health center as well as meeting customer service needs.
Creates the campus’ four (4) week Master set schedule and posts schedule in accordance with the Campus Hourly Scheduling policy.
Manages, supports, and coordinates employees' PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades.
Manages nursing hours (PPD) and proper staff ratio to census.
Manages Time and Attendance, including Attendance points, buy-backs, and shift pick up incentives.
including posting open shifts, filling open shifts, and employee messaging.
Provide direct patient care as needed and participate in the campus on-call rotation.
Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN license
