Part time Lead Cleaner (Janitorial)

Job Description Faithful Cleaning Team is seeking a Lead Cleaner to support day-to-day cleaning operations at various locations in Fargo, ND.

Position Summary The Lead Cleaner oversees cleaning activities to ensure spaces are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and safety. This role partners with team members to uphold consistent service quality and complete tasks efficiently throughout each shift.

This is a part-time position based in Fargo, ND, ideal for an experienced cleaner who takes pride in attention to detail and dependable leadership.

Coordinate and lead cleaning assignments to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule

Inspect work areas for quality and completeness, addressing issues promptly

Train or guide team members on cleaning procedures, priorities, and expectations

Maintain safe work practices and proper handling of cleaning supplies and materials

Support basic daily operations by monitoring inventory needs and reporting supply shortages

Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work, with demonstrated attention to detail

Strong time management skills and the ability to follow checklists and procedures

Basic understanding of workplace safety practices related to cleaning tasks

Prior experience in a lead, supervisory, or team coordination role

Familiarity with maintaining cleaning supply organization and basic inventory awareness

Compensation Hourly rate: $15.00 - $21.00
