As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will oversee the collection of tax-related data and reporting to federal, state, county, and local tax authorities. This role supports the Indirect Tax team and are seeking individuals with this experience.

You deliver exemplary customer service through interactions with others
Serve as the point of contact for all inquiries from divisional leads. Maintain open communication with divisional and departmental leads to ensure coordination of finance and accounting needs
Research and review tax filings before submittal; provide approval for Tax Accountants I and II to make necessary corrections
Prepare tax filings, assist in responding to tax notices and inquiries. Complete required tax reporting in a timely manner
Perform transactional data entry into system applications with a high degree of accuracy. Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments
assist with training on new processes/functionality
Maintain adherence to internal controls, tax calendar, and policy and procedures
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, 7+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
Indirect Tax Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of sales/use/property tax (desired)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (desired)
