NOW HIRING: PICKERS (FORKLIFT OPERATOR/UNLOADER) - NEWPORT NEWS, VA - $18.00/HOUR
The Lee Group is seeking reliable and hardworking Pickers (Forklift Operator/Unloader) to support a fast-paced warehouse team in Newport News, VA. If you're physically fit, detail-oriented, and have experience in a warehouse environment, this is your opportunity to join a company that values efficiency and teamwork. Forklift experience is a plus!
Shifts:

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Be Doing as a Picker (Forklift Operator/Unloader):
Use forklifts and pallet jacks to move products to proper storage locations
Maintain clean, safe, and organized unloading zones
Use RF scanners to update inventory systems
Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
What We're Looking For in a Picker (Forklift Operator/Unloader):

Prior experience in unloading, receiving, or warehouse operations
1-2 years forklift experience required
Basic computer skills for order and inventory tracking
Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures

Good coordination and ability to navigate around moving equipment and vehicles
