Head of Programme Management

Vertiv is hiring a Program Manager in Westerville, OH to join our execution team. The role will provide value to customers by overseeing strategic initiatives across one or more global strategic accounts. The manager will be involved from quoting through operational phase of all customer sites and will work on initiatives within Vertiv that support the account. This role indirectly leads cross‑functional teams to resolve program‑wide issues and focuses on digital platforms such as Oracle, Smartsheet, and Power BI used to aid execution.

Partner with sales and order management to ensure accuracy of orders, correct revenue allocation in quotes, and scheduled manufacturing and shipping of product; Escalate potential risk to the execution manager.

Work with assigned function leaders to define/set appropriate targets for improvement in design, quality, manufacturing, shipping, and operations efforts and measure progress to targets.

Lead data integrity efforts for equipment pertaining to assigned customer by ensuring data in install base is updated and accurate.

Ensure data reported to customer regarding ship dates, serial numbers, model numbers, etc. Oversee deployment of field change notice (FCN) and factory direct service (FDS).

Prior experience indirectly influencing project teams.

Hands‑on experience applying Lean/Six Sigma methods.

Strong leadership, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in local language and English.

Strong analytical skills, including statistical modeling, root‑cause analysis, and other tools for operational improvements.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 5+ years’ experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
