Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program

Eligible for dental licensure in New Mexico

Compensation is based on 43% of collections for services provided — an exceptional earning opportunity supported by strong reimbursement rates and a high-producing practice environment.

Student Loan Assistance

To support the transition into practice, the practice provides $2,000 per month during the first year to help offset student loan payments while building patient volume.

Relocation support is negotiable and designed to help facilitate a smooth move to New Mexico.
