Provide direct patient care to adult residents on Med Surg Tele within a long-term care setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; document care in the charting system; communicate changes to physicians and family as appropriate
- perform required procedures and support patient safety and infection control
- assist with care planning and patient education
- May float to other units or departments as needed to meet patient care needs
Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington or an active multi-state license
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or educational equivalent
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
