That means the financial forecast of the business, the analysis that sits around it, and the reporting that tells the leadership team where we actually are against plan.
This is the FP&A half of the finance function. We are hiring a Controller separately to own accounting and close, so this role is not a catch-all finance seat. The company financial model and the forecast: building it, maintaining it, and defending it.
Cross-functional depth across sales, marketing, R&D and finance. The analysis leadership uses to make decisions: headcount, spend, pricing, planning cycles.
