Associate, Human Resources
Magnitude Capital, a dynamic alternative investment firm, is seeking an HR generalist who is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive to support day-to-day HR responsibilities. This position is ideal for a smart and trustworthy problem-solver who is eager to learn core HR. Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy.
Manage sensitive and confidential employee matters.
Conduct research and gather market data on a wide range of HR initiatives.
Assist with HR reporting, policy administration, and procedures.
Support recruiting administration, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Exceptional ability to manage sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
- Customer service mindset: Part detective, part data whisperer: comfort with Excel, HR systems, and data management.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in human resources or recruiting, ideally within the financial services industry.
