Salary: $80-$90k base with additional bonus and incentive opportunities.

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Perform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises

Document patient care activities, progress, and treatment outcomes

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare standards

Utilize state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and techniques

Monitor and ensure patient safety during therapy sessions

Qualifications Current Physical Therapist license in Maryland

Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols

Proficiency in documentation and electronic health records (EHR)

Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance

Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment
