Under the direction of the Education Director, the Literacy Instructor will work with boys to improve literacy skills and enrich the love of reading in grades 1-4. Literacy Instructors will be strongly supported by the Education Director.?
Promote love of learning by delivering engaging academic content?

• Write, implement and adapt a curriculum and training methods that meets participants’ interests?
• Report any problems, member incidents and concerns to Education Director?
• Experience working and/or teaching literacy or early reading in a school or youth program required?
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in a relevant field?
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and to address the varying needs of the boys?
