Ready to help shape the future of pharmacy and hospital solutions? As a full-time, nonexempt Staff Pharmacist you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services. You'll contribute to a high‑performing team by mentoring new staff, maintaining seamless daily operations, and supporting the Director in optimizing pharmacy performance.

Schedule: This full‑time, nonexempt position will work up to 40 hours/week in a variety of shifts

Coast Plaza Doctor's Hospital in Norwalk, CA offers 117 licensed beds, including a 37-bed Behavioral Health unit, and a complete in‑house range of Emergency Department Services 24/7

Pharmacy Hours: The pharmacy utilizes CPOE and ADC‑Pyxis with Pyxis automation/software. Pharmacy hours are Monday - 7:00am-8:30pm; and Saturday & Sunday - 8:00am-4:30pm. Remote pharmacy services are provided overnight and after these listed pharmacy hours

Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring

Oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding activities, ensuring compliance with USP and hospital standards

Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and interns, ensuring efficient and compliant workflow

Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, including Joint Commission, state, and federal requirements

Required Qualifications ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree

Proficient computer skills with pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
