Manageable Caseloads: We work with you on a manageable case load size so you can focus on clinical quality, detailed RBT mentorship, and meaningful client outcomes without burning out.

Zero Admin: Our dedicated administrative team handles the scheduling and admin logistics. We fully cover insurance licensure fees, and provide opportunities for CEUS and paid ABA conferences.

On-Site Clinical Leadership: You report directly to our local Clinical Director, meaning you always have a collaborative sounding board and hands‑on, on‑site support when complex clinical situations arise.

Structured Onboarding: Receive extra support, guidance, and open communication with leadership during your first 90 days so you can transition smoothly.

When you leave the clinic, your day is done.

As a full-time BCBA, you will have clinical autonomy over your caseload, guiding behavioral programming and mentoring a passionate team.

Provide high-quality, in‑person supervision, case oversight, and hands‑on training to RBTs and BCaBAs.

Review clinical data, update programming based on client progress, and run collaborative parent training sessions.

Participate in team meetings and support a positive, ethical, and family‑centered clinic culture.

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.

Ability to work full-time in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic.

Experience running assessments and developing clinic‑based treatment plans.

Experience supervising and training RBTs or mentoring student analysts.
