Vision Conservation OfficerServes as Vision Conservation Officer performing a variety of duties as they relate to the Vision Conservation Program. Instructs, teach, and guides student optometric interns in all areas of clinical optometry. Performs comprehensive and limited visual and ocular examination of all types of patients. Diagnoses conditions through the analysis of test results, medical, and previous eye history, occupational needs, and the effect of the environment on the eyes. Treats minor pathology of the eye and adnexa using therapeutic drugs. Examines, diagnoses, manages, and treats a full range of eye and visual problems and ocular diseases.
