Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Smyrna, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Observation unit in an acute care setting

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

Monitor and document patient status, responding promptly to changes in condition

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Adhere to facility protocols, policies, and Joint Commission standards throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

Active RN license valid in Tennessee or a Compact state license

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing

Current BLS certification required

Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an Observation unit or step-down setting

Previous travel nursing experience

Strong adaptability and ability to acclimate quickly to new facility environments
