From the Bronco Bomber to the Raptor Stealth Fighter, our products live on some of the toughest trucks on the trail — and it all starts in CAD. We’re looking for a CAD Designer to turn bold ideas into manufacturable reality at our Chandler, Arizona facility.

You’ll own the R&D design process end-to-end — creating, refining, and improving products built for the off-road community.

They get laser-cut, bent, welded, and bolted onto real trucks.

You’ll work hands-on with the Brand Management team that takes parts from screen to physical reality.

Create CAD models in SolidWorks daily — from templates, physical parts, or your own designs.

Build complex 3D sheet metal and tubular assemblies ready for manufacturing.

Process 3D scans and create scanned mesh models of vehicle data to drive new product development.

Partner with the prototype engineering team to move new products into automation and production.

Strong SolidWorks skills — you can manage complex assemblies and create sheet metal and tubular parts with confidence.

2 years - Experience designing similar automotive or aerospace products

Experience with tooling and fixtures, and the know-how to bring a 3D model into physical reality.

A creative mindset paired with the discipline to translate ideas into clean, manufacturable assemblies.

Self-motivated and assertive, comfortable in a fast-paced shop where priorities shift quickly.

Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Starting at $27.00 per hour with advancement depending on experience
