Requirements

PMP Certification (Required; must be listed on the resume and proof may be requested)
Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale project management
Strong experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
Excellent analytical, reporting, stakeholder, and communication skills
Preferred experience with Texas State Agencies and public health projects
Responsibilities

Lead the Invoice Tracking System replacement project
Plan, budget, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and change requests
Facilitate meetings and track progress against project milestones
Manage risks, issues, and scope; prepare concise reports and status updates
Guide SDLC processes, ensuring accurate translation of business to technical specs
Oversee Agile feature-driven sprint execution
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure project stays within budget and on schedule
