Retail Attendants

Funding for our mission of jobs training and career development is primarily generated through the hard work of our retail employees. That means we enjoy a stability not often experienced by human service organizations solely funded by outside sources. We believe strongly in giving back to our employees by offering top notch benefits – paid time off, medical coverage, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, tuition reimbursement, 403(b), retail incentives, and even a company pension plan which contributes 10% of your income each year when you become eligible. Our Trailer Attendants are the “face of Goodwill” to the donors who drop off their donations at our donation trailer sites. Our Attendants go out of their way to help our donors and to acknowledge our donors’ support.

Unloading donations from donor vehicles and offering/issuing a receipt for every donor, sorting and storing donations in the trailer, and maintaining cleanliness, order and security of the trailer area at all times.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Trailers are open Monday-Sunday. Pay: $15 per hour
