$365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Troy, New York.

Schedule: 50% Office / 50% Hospital

Call: 1:3 rotation

Weekend Coverage: 1:3

Deliveries and surgeries performed at a modern birth center

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care

Perform deliveries and gynecologic surgeries

Manage outpatient clinic visits and follow-ups

Participate in call rotation and inpatient coverage

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Open to new graduates (2026/2027), early-career, and experienced physicians.
