Receptionist Join a well-established Roseburg company where your organizational skills and customer service experience make a real impact every day.
We're looking for a friendly, dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office while supporting a variety of administrative and bookkeeping functions.
Requirements
Prefer to have minimum 1 year office experience.
Subject to criminal background and drug screening.
Valid Drivers License, insurable driving record.
Job Duties
Provides customer service and support at front counter of an industrial business.
Answering multi line phone.
Responsible for Accounts Payable/ Receivables, and Bookkeeping.
Bank runs and other errands for office as needed.
Training for other duties will be provided by Employer.
Schedule
~ Monday - Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm.
Rate of Pay
~$16.00 per hour
