Mission Operations Engineer, Connected Warfare (Active Clearance)

The Mission Operations team manages execution and growth of customer accounts, works with product, engineering, sales, and logistics teams to deploy Anduril products, and ensures customer success and mission performance.

Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products. Lead planning and deployment of hardware and software products to support customer missions. Deploy to the field, train end users, and maintain high performance.

Work with customers to understand mission challenges and guide product development.

Coordinate with engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations to deliver solutions.

Structured Thinker and Problem Solver. Collaborate across the organization and empathize with colleagues and customers.

Serve in a customer‑facing Account Manager capacity with the "United States Marine Corps", deploying integrated hardware-software command and control products.

Own delivery of contract deliverables, including performance measures, technical reports, and user engagement roadmaps.

Provide input to program and engineering teams to enhance product features and workflows.

Experience in program management and product deployment roles.

S. and allied military operations, doctrines, and multi‑domain environments.

Experience translating highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.

Strong aptitude for problem solving in unstructured situations at the interface of hardware, software, and networking.

Willing to travel as necessary (25‑50%).

Secret Clearance or above required.

Experience in defense technology product or program management, solutions architect, or customer success roles.

Marine Corps intelligence, operational planning, targeting, and fires systems.
