As a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Route Driver in Clarksville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a retail location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in the job state. Position Type: Part Time
Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, suspected theft, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and policy concerns.
Monitor access points, observe store activity, and report security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious behavior to appropriate store leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
