Lead operations of cardiovascular departments, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow

Oversee service line quality metrics, patient experience, and clinical outcomes

Collaborate with physicians and senior leadership on service line performance

Bachelor's degree required: Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, or related field

Progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting
