We are working with a well-established General Contractor in Manhattan specializing in healthcare residential construction. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join their team.
Responsibilities Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
Identify scope gaps and provide cost analysis
Collaborate with project management and leadership teams
Requirements 5+ years of experience as an Estimator with a General Contractor
Strong experience with healthcare construction projects
Experience with estimating software and takeoffs
Performance-based bonus
Long-term pipeline of projects in Manhattan
Additional Information Office-based role in Manhattan
