Centonove is looking for a Chef to join our small, family team!
We are an upscale, Italian restaurant located in the heart of downtown Los Gatos--a gathering place for guests to relax, enjoy the food and drink of Italy, while they connect with friends and family. Our lunch and dinner menu offers traditional handmade pastas, gourmet pizzas and an extensive Italian wine menu--as well as Italian beers and traditional cocktails.
We are seeking candidates who take pride in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that represents classic Italian (and Los Gatos) hospitality. The ideal candidate has experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine as a Chef or comes with comparable experience. You should expect to build teams and menus that will impress our loyal locals and first-time visitors. Thorough understanding of P&L management, BOH labor, purchasing, vendors and quality controls are a must. His wife, Andrea is the day to day of the restaurant. The uniquely designed café and retail shop is the embodiment of their shared love of Italian food, wine and culture.
