Head of Programme Management

Golden Star Technology (GST) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SEWP Federal Government Program Coordinator to support and manage daily operations of our NASA SEWP VI contract vehicle. This role serves as the central point of coordination for SEWP-related opportunities, ensuring quote requests are processed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with contract requirements and customer expectations.
They thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, and support the sales team in winning business through the SEWP contract vehicle.
SEWP Contract Administration
Serve as the internal owner of GST's NASA SEWP VI contract
Monitor SEWP portals and contract communications
Maintain contract documentation
Coordinate modifications and administrative updates
Stay current on SEWP policies and procedures
Quote Management
Review customer RFQs for completeness
Prepare customer quotations
Ensure quotes meet customer deadlines
Partner with Federal Account Executives
Quote pipeline
Vendor performance
Contract utilization metrics
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
• Customer service mindset

CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, or AV solutions
Customer satisfaction
