CNA, Rehab Night Shift

We are seeking candidates who are customer service oriented and take great pride in serving others in a caring and professional manner. This position is third shift, 10 pm - 6 am, with a rotating schedule.

Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
Receives/gives report on residents assigned during shift.
Records ADL's, nutrition intake, vital signs, etc. Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed with the use of safety/protective devices.
Follows all safety, security, infection control and hazardous materials policies and procedures.
Previous experience working in rehab/skilled nursing is preferred
