Security Professional--Part Time Weekend and Night

Job Overview: As a Security professional, you are amongst some of the most valued associates at our properties. Your presence and knowledge reassure both residents and guests that the safety and security of the property is being properly cared for by a dedicated and detail-oriented associate.  Monitoring and operating electric and manual security control systems and emergency response systems. ​

Possess strong interpersonal skills and is able to interact and communicate successfully to the residents and team.​

Possess and maintain a Class D Security license.

Ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time, climbing stairs, navigating the property/building quickly and easily as required to meet the job function

Ability to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Schedule: Days and Times vary based on the needs of the property What We Offer: As a part-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full supplemental benefits to include dental and vision. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
