Hornblower Group is hiring a Server Assistant for our fleet operations in Chicago. The role supports servers, ensures timely delivery and removal of food and beverages, and maintains a hospitable environment for guests aboard the vessel.
You will assist with dining service, onboard information, cleanliness, and safety, while upholding our RESPECT service culture and holiday availability expectations.
