- ##Block 2 Lofts Apartments, located on Markham Street in the heart of Downtown Little Rock, is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Apartment Porter to help keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming for our residents and guests.

- ##Earn $15.00–$17.00 per hour (DOE)
- ##Quarterly Performance Bonus – Earn up to $375 every quarter!
- ##Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, giving you the flexibility to keep your mornings free while earning extra income.
- ##Keep the community looking its best by maintaining excellent curb appeal
- Clean and maintain common areas, including the leasing office, hallways, restrooms, and amenity spaces.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and apartment turns.
- Help prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents.
- Assist with seasonal property needs as assigned.
- 3–6 months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, apartment communities, or similar work preferred.
- Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance or property operations is a plus.
