MIG Welder - Structural Steel
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM; overtime required as needed
Position Type: Full-time, direct hire
HTI is hiring an experienced MIG Welder for an established manufacturer of industrial storage and material handling systems. The company is relocating to a brand-new facility in Easley , creating an opportunity to join the team as it grows in its new space.
Full-time, direct-hire position
1st-shift, Monday-Friday schedule

MIG weld structural steel components used in industrial racking and storage systems, including beams, uprights, and braces.
Set up and adjust welding equipment for different materials and thicknesses.
Fit, align, and assemble components before welding.
Inspect welds for quality, proper penetration, and conformance to specifications.
Communicate material, equipment, or quality concerns to the team.
At least one year of MIG welding experience in manufacturing or fabrication; Attention to weld quality and the ability to meet production goals
Ability to stand throughout the shift, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds
Experience with pallet racking or other material handling products and AWS certification are pluses.
