Call Center Sales - Closer

In-Home Sales Closer – $2,000 - $6,000/Week Full-Cycle | 1099 or W2 | $100K–$300K+ OTE Sell a premium product. Perfect Filter is hiring self-directed field sales professionals who can generate opportunities, run in-home demonstrations, and close high-ticket whole-home water filtration systems.
This is not a setter/closer split. This is not an inbound call center role. This is a full-cycle field sales position for someone who knows how to create trust, run a strong in-home presentation, and close.
Our model is built around community-based selling, local lead generation, and high-quality homeowner conversations. Generate leads through community outreach, local events, referrals, and self-driven prospecting
Run in-home water quality demonstrations and consultations
Educate homeowners on their current water conditions and available solutions
Present premium whole-home filtration and drinking water options
Manage the customer relationship from first conversation through signed agreement
Maintain a strong follow-up process and clean pipeline discipline

Our systems are built with medical-grade 316 stainless steel housings and are positioned as low-maintenance, premium alternatives to traditional systems. Product materials emphasize 0.01-micron filtration, 20–25 GPM flow, reduced water waste, and no salt required on the main whole-home system.
We also offer an industry-leading alkaline reverse osmosis drinking water system as an upsell/add-on, positioned around multi-stage filtration and remineralization.
This is not a commodity sale. The product is positioned as a premium system with differentiated materials, strong talking points, and a clearer value case than traditional softener-only competitors.
Community-Based Sales Model
Our lead generation model is built around direct community presence, local events, outreach, referrals, and face-to-face conversations. This is an eye-to-eye, belly-to-belly sales environment, not a cold-call boiler room.
Full Ownership of the Sale
You control your pipeline, your appointments, your presentations, and your income.
This role can lead into senior rep, sales management, training, leadership, and broader expansion opportunities for the right producer. The organization framework already defines a path from rep to senior rep to sales manager to general manager and field trainer.
1099 independent contractors

• For California-based 1099 candidates, this role is best suited for professionals who already operate with a high level of independence and understand their own business structure and compliance responsibilities.
• 1099 candidates should already have, or be capable of operating through, an S-Corp or LLC structure as appropriate.
• We are building a high-performance, service-driven sales team with clear standards and real accountability.
